These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Cleaning LAB INC website and the services provided by Cleaning LAB INC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Cleaning LAB INC provides professional cleaning and related services, including but not limited to:

  • Couch Cleaning

  • Chair Cleaning

  • Mattress Cleaning

  • Upholstery Repair

  • Carpet Cleaning

  • Carpet Pickup & Off-Site Cleaning

  • Steam Cleaning of Bathroom Tiles and Grout

  • Silicone Sealant Replacement

  • Deep Mini-Split AC Cleaning

All services are provided based on the condition of materials, surfaces, and equipment at the time of service.
2. No Guarantee of Specific Results
While we use professional equipment, techniques, and industry-standard methods, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Complete stain removal

  • Full restoration of color or texture

  • Elimination of all odors, mold, or discoloration

Results may vary depending on material type, age, prior treatments, wear, contamination level, and hidden or pre-existing conditions.
3. Material Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
Clients acknowledge that:

  • Some materials may be fragile, aged, worn, or previously damaged

  • Certain defects may not be visible prior to service

  • Cleaning, steam, moisture, heat, or agitation may reveal pre-existing damage

Cleaning LAB INC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing wear, fading, discoloration, or fiber deterioration

  • Shrinkage, color bleeding, texture changes, or weakened materials caused by age or prior use

  • Damage resulting from previous cleaning attempts or improper maintenance

4. Upholstery Repair and Silicone Sealant Services
Upholstery repair services are limited to minor, visible repairs and do not reinforce or rebuild structural areas unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Silicone sealant replacement services involve removal and reapplication of sealant only. Cleaning LAB INC does not guarantee waterproofing beyond the applied sealant line and is not responsible for underlying structural or moisture issues.
5. Carpet Pickup & Off-Site Cleaning
For off-site carpet cleaning services:

  • Carpets are transported for cleaning at an external facility

  • Processing time may vary depending on size, condition, and workload

  • Estimated turnaround time is 5–9 business days, unless otherwise stated

Cleaning LAB INC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, logistics, or unforeseen conditions.
6. Mini-Split AC Cleaning
Deep Mini-Split AC Cleaning is a maintenance and cleaning service only. It does not:

  • Repair mechanical or electrical failures

  • Guarantee improved performance beyond cleanliness

  • Replace parts or correct installation defects

We are not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing system defects, age, corrosion, or manufacturer-related problems.
7. Access and Work Environment
Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the service area

  • Removing personal items from the work zone

  • Ensuring utilities (electricity, water) are available when required

We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.
8. Pricing and Minimum Service Charge

  • A minimum service charge of $150 per visit applies to all services

  • Optional add-on services may be combined to meet the minimum

  • Pricing is based on information provided and may change if actual conditions differ

Final pricing is confirmed on-site when necessary.
9. Payments
We accept payments via:

  • Cash

  • Zelle

  • Card

  • Online payment methods

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
10. Right to Refuse Service
Cleaning LAB INC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Misrepresentation of service scope

  • Inappropriate or abusive behavior

  • Conditions beyond reasonable service capability

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Cleaning LAB INC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided

12. Website Use Disclaimer
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or professional advice.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
