  • Photos of furniture, carpets, tile, surfaces, equipment, or air conditioning units submitted for service evaluation

We do not send promotional SMS campaigns. We do not share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6.1. Do Not Track

7.1. For Cleaning Services

If payment is made online or by card, transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.

7.2. For Online Store Purchases

Payments are processed through Wix Payments and PayPal. These providers may collect billing information, transaction details, and other data necessary for payment processing. We do not store complete payment card details on our servers.

7.3. PCI-DSS Compliance

All payment processing is conducted through providers that comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) requirements.

8. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Your information may be shared only with:

  • Internal staff (technicians, managers, customer service personnel) for service fulfillment and order processing

SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE, OUR SERVICES, OR PRODUCT PURCHASES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DATA LOSS OR PRIVACY BREACHES DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.

12.3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County, New York.
