Yes. Most Manhattan co-ops, condos, and doorman buildings require a Certificate of Insurance naming the building and management company before a vendor can enter. Send us your building's COI requirements when you book, and we'll have it issued to your management office ahead of your appointment at no extra cost.
Yes — that's the point of on-site cleaning. We clean your sofa where it sits, even in a studio or one-bedroom. Our equipment is self-contained and runs off a normal outlet, so there's no need to carry furniture down stairs or into a freight elevator.
Both. We regularly service pre-war walk-ups with no elevator as well as doorman high-rises that require freight-elevator booking and a service entrance. Tell us your building type when you book so we can plan access and timing.
Standard drying is about 6–12 hours. In smaller apartments with limited airflow, we recommend our air-mover (extra drying) add-on, which can make the couch usable within a couple of hours.
Most sofas take about 45–90 minutes depending on size, fabric, and soil level. Sectionals and heavily soiled pieces take longer.
Most stains improve significantly or disappear, but results depend on the fabric, the type of stain, and how long it has set. We inspect first and tell you honestly what to expect — no miracle promises.
